FOTD - Silver

I was watching some videos on youtube last night and one girl on one of them had some awesome silver eyeshadow.  Then I remembered that I had silver eyeshadow! So naturally I did that today.

What I used
Face:
Rimmel Fix and Perfect Primer
L'oreal True Match Liquid in N1
Revlon Pinch Me Gel Blush in Plum Flushed
Revlon Bare It All shimmer mousse in Peachy Tease
Revlon Age Defying Translucent Finishing Powder in Trans. Light

Eyes:
Avon Colortrend e/l in a silver colour as a base
Avon Colortrend e/l in a black on my tightline and a bit on waterline
Indulge cream e/s in a white shade also as base
Bonne Bell e/s in a silver shade
L'oreal HIP e/s duo in Platinum, both shades, the black in the crease
Maybelline Colossal Volum' wtrprf Mascara in Very Black
Avon cream e/l in Brown Pearl on my brows, set with some hairspray

Lips:
Avon Glazewear l/g in Tickled Pink

I used to be a lot better at taking FOTD pictures because I actually did it everyday.  My sister would make fun of me.  But hey, I know how my face works with the light and how to get good pictures of me now.  I just have to relearn.

I would just also like to say that the Rimmel primer is amazing.  I went the full day without touching up my foundation and it didn't slide off my face or anything.  It wasn't as fresh as just applied, but even after my hour long walk after dinner, I wasn't as shiny as I normally am even just an hour after putting on makeup without primer.  LOVE IT!!! Haha, figures I found it at the drugstore today for a buck cheaper than what I got it for on Saturday.  Yeah.

Pretty! I have Rimmel primer too but mine is a clear gel... I can't remember what it's called.

I love the silver! Is the Rimmel primer oil free?

Jo, I don't think it is specifically oil-free, but it doesn't have mineral oil in it. If I read my ingredients right it has like vitamin E and then some other natural oils. It's mostly silicones though so it doesn't feel oily at all.

the real mia, perhaps try a grey with no sparkle? It's neutral so it should go with everyone. Then if you wanted silver you could build up from a satin to a full-on shimmer.
